Offer
Our offer is mainly aimed at companies connected with railway industry, dealing with railway surface, rail fastening elements, renovation of railways and transport infrastructure. For construction companies, or not directly related to railway branch we produce elements on the basis of submitted drawings.
In our company’s headquarters we are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 7 am until 3 pm. After office hours you can contact us by mobile phone. Inquiries and orders can be submitted via e-mail, fax or telephone. All submitted enquiries are treated individually.
For each enquiry we prepare a price offer together with all the necessary information and general terms of realization of the order. The price of each element depends on
the quantity, timing and place of delivery. The most common payment method is fixed-date transfer , in case of first-time purchase we
prefer advance payment, before the receipt of goods on the basis of a pro-forma invoice. We also accept the cash.
Realization time
Most of items from our offer, namely: clamps SB7, spring rings, bolts, nuts, railway screws, washers Uls 6, clamps Skl 12 and LP2 we have in stock. The realization time for in stock materials is immediate. While elements such: rail joint bars and various rib plates are completed against a specific order which takes approximately up to 3 active days from receipt of order. Spherical and conical washers, railway anchors, clamps Łpa2 and special items which are produced on the basis of technical drawings sent by clients up to a week from receipt of order.
Transport
Goods are sent via road transport. We cooperate with several trusted companies value for their reliability and punctuality of deliveries, which are our priorities. Before each shipment and on the day of the planned delivery of the material we contact the customer to be sure that goods reach their destination intact and consistent with the order.
